Any tips on using corrosion X on a piper seneca wing. I was told to just spray the white spots of corrosion not the entire surface as this product will effect the integrity of rivets in the wing. Any comments
Hi, I had my Seneca wings sprayed with ACF50 many years ago. It did weep through the wings and rivets for a couple of years, but no corrosion! It did the job very well.

To add to Scott's post; even if you don't live in an area of the country where corrosion is a factor (like near salt water), the coating eventually needs to be reapplied. I live in the Midwest, and re-treat the inside of the wings about every 7-8 years or so. If you live in an area susceptible to high corrosion, I'd reapply the coating more often.
