Sitting in a hangar 13 years "abandoned" engine timed out. 1972 PA28-140. I bought it to save it from the salvage yard. I knew it would need an extensive annual, new engine / prop, 406 ELT, Whelan LED tail beacon & Orion 600 wingtips. Metco wingtips a rewire wings while fuel tanks were out. Art Mattson VG's. I have 10 hrs. on the zero time 160 hp engine. Now to start on the interior once the snow confines me to the hangar.

There's a pulse! I can feel it. Great job, keep it up!
The first inspection before any money was spent to restore the aircraft was Spar Inspection AD. Sitting in a dry hangar it was very dusty, but I was sure the spar was not exposed to moisture or winter snow load. The spar inspected "as new" condition.
