Dent Removal

I did a search on this before posting but couldn't find any recent threads. My 180C has a nice collection of small hail dents (on one wing no less), and I was wondering what the state of the art is for dent removal. MY IA suggested trying one of the paintless dent removal companies. Has this worked for anyone else? Any other suggestions?

I saw that thread, GM. I was hoping there might have been some advancements over the years. I am told dry ice is a nonstarter.
