First Flight

Took my grandson up in the J3 for his first airplane ride this afternoon. Kept the door open so he could see out. He had a great time. So did Pawpaw.

    Good for you, Jim! I hope you made a lasting memory for him! (In my case, my daughter was 2 months old and she doesn't remember a thing)

    I'll probably take him up in the Cherokee tomorrow. Not so much fun, but quieter. He was wearing one of my Zulu headsets in the 3. I got a kick out of that.

    I took my 3 yr. old grandaughter up in the Cherokee 2 weeks ago. She couldn't take her eyes away from the window. 20 minutes later, she was asleep.
