Boston, Mass A&P needed reasonable
We need someone that is reasonable priced to perform some work on PA28-140 that has been sitting a long time on ramp, south of Boston about 30 minutes.
Would need to change tires/tubes, lubricate, de-fuel and re-fuel, get aircraft prepped to start engine and run up. Plane sitting for a long time, engine was not prepped for sitting this long however the crankcase is full of clean oil, needs oil and filter change, needs a battery, I am sure that some A.D.'s will have to be complied with as the last inspection was done back in early 90's. Radios do not work, navigation and beacon lights not working but landing light works. We are not interested in restoring the airplane, just want to get it ready to fly out with either a ferry permit or fresh annual inspection. If you know of someone that can do this kind of work locally and for a reasonable price, and we would also be willing to assist, if that is not a problem.
