I have had the same problem and do not know where they come from. The last time they got under the middle seats in the compartment where the landing gear pump is. I have found, however, that mice/rat bait seems to help. I have bought some that consists of a green cube of bate in a plastic box with baffles to keep pets and kids out. It seems to do the job.
You need a pest control program. The easiest is to get a 'bait house'(lockable bait station) from Home Depot or a farm supply store. Bait it up then put it in your hanger near a wall, get 2 or 3 if you are really ticked. Even if your plane is outside, I'd put a few underneath it. The bait house keeps the poison out of reach of pets, an old birdhouse will work too.
