Seneca III compared to Seneca IV

I owned a Seneca III for seven years and I think I want a Seneca IV now. Are there any disadvantages to the IV? Do the cowlings cool the engines as well as the III?

    It appears there is no real difference aside from a cleaned up cowl that was to improve performance and cooling. The iv has a better interior, but this far out many have been upgraded anyway.
