Gap seal instructions

Does anyone happen to have the instructions on properly installing Arts gap seals? I want to re do mine from the original owners semi un straight install but do not have them. I emailed Art but have not heard.

    Can anyone that has installed the tape tell me, are the ailerons, stabilator trim tab in the neutral position during install or in a form of deflection?

    Neutral works best. If you buy the replacement 3m tape I wouldn't use the spray, just clean the skinbefore application.
