PA34-200 Seneca I Landing Gear
I am new to this forum and have found it very helpful with my Seneca I. With google search, I was to read this forum's response to PA-34-200 landing gear questions without being a member. How Cool...And I wanted to add some discoveries that I found as it pertains to the SFA232-5 main gear actuator. It was previously mentioned that the T seal is plus $230 bucks. Out on the net, the CMSFA232-5 repair manual is available with good repair and parts list info. Such as there is a repair kit (199-538A) available @ aircraft supply for $179 and they order it from Parker and is in stock. There are other Piper aircraft support by this actuator. Also, the Gear down indicator switch on the Main gear is a Honeywell switch which was mentioned on previous post (Honeywell part is $35 & Piper part is +$250. That said, I have some gear troubleshooting Qs. Anyone out there with PA34 gear experience?
