1968 Cherokee-D Brake Fluid

I've been looking for a small quantity of brake fluid for a PA-28-180, and the owner's manual says to use MIL-H-5606, Petroleum Base. Everything I find reasonably available specifies a "Mineral Base". I'd guess that the difference is significant, or is this just an anachronism left over from 1968? Does anyone have a preferred source for the petroleum based fluid?

    After a little digging, apparently "Mineral Base" is synonymous with "Petroleum Base". That was at least a little confusing. I guess 45 years is enough for the language to morph a little bit.
