Piper Arrow II Pre-Buy Advice

Hello,

I'm interested in an Arrow II in the Kansas City area and would like a thorough Pre-Buy Evaluation done. Any recommendations on shops in the area that are proficient in Arrows/Pipers? Also, are there any "Pre-Buy Checklists" floating around specific to the Arrow? My apologies if this question has been asked in the past. I'm new to the forum :D Wish me luck and thanks in advance.

    You typically will follow a 100HR/annual inspection type checklist.

    I would go ahead and get an annual done, even if the previous one has not expired. This way you guarantee that the plane you are buying is still airworthy, and a mechanic signing on it.
