Need Cherokee 6 Tow Bar Suggestion

I own a 1978 Cherokee 6. I'm getting a little older and I have a difficult time with the planes Tow Bar. It constantly slips out of the front eyes when trying to position the airplane solo. The locking Tow Bars won't work because of the fairing. I fly into many airports that are umanned. Is there a light weight electric Tow Bar that will fit a 1978 Cherokee 6? Is there a Tow Bar that locks into place even if there is a fairing? Thanks

    There are a fair number of electric tow bars out there, but they are all fairly expensive ($1,000+). Wag Aero sells one, Sporty's sells one, and there are a few others. I hope that helps and good luck!
