Push and Pull Spinner/Prop
When i get fuel i will usually stop and shut down plane close to the pump. Then pull plane closer by hand by pulling on the prop close to the spinner. Then when i am done i will push on the Spinner to get it away from the pumps just enough to turn the plane when started. I was at an airport today getting Fuel and 2 guys were walking by some distance away and i heard him tell his buddy, oh look he is pushing on the spinner. Is there something wrong with me doing it this way? Its a Piper Archer 11 and pushes/pulls very easily.

Pull and push on the innermost part of the prop as you're doing. The spinner is weak and will bend. Thanks for writing!
