Tempest fine wire gapping
Ok Just pulled the trigger and ordered Tempest fine wire from aircraft spruce today and was wondering if anyone has gapped these plugs when new? I know they say that they are pre gapped from factory is this true? what tools are used to regap?

I ALWAYS check the gap before installation. There is a fine wire plug gap adjustment tool that is cheap it should be available all over. Aircraft tool and supply will have one. Use that to bend the electrodes if necessary, a standard massive electrode gap tool will suffice as a go/no go gauge to establish the correct gap which can be found online if you search your plugs PN.
