1989 PA-28-236. Need sources for glare shield fabric

Can I get some help sourcing the black non fading black fabric that covers the glare shield?between brow and glass. I’m having glass replaced at annual and cannot find part number or source for the fabric. Thanks

My A&P had mine re-covered by a local automobile upholstery guy for a very reasonable price when I had my windshield replaced about 8 years ago. Pretty sure it’s just leather. Yes, the burn testing was signed off. It has held up extremely well, although my plane is hangared.

I’m talking about the panel between the brow and windshield. Is is just cloth fabric. The brow is wrapped in vinyl

I did mine some years ago. I think I ordered it from Piper. It was a woven fabric. By the way, the best way to replace it is by removing the two windshields. They are easy to remove unlike Cessna.
