Piper Comanche 260C Performance

I’m looking for guidance on 260C speed. I fly long five hour legs and wondering what others have found in terms of best altitude and RPM/Tach settings for speed.

    It does, I was curious if anyone had a personal preference for a particular altitude and rpm/mp setting... to maximize speed.The plane is certified for 22,000 feet.
