PA-32 6/260 unusuable fuel

Does anyone know what the unusable fuel for a '67 6/260?

I've looked all thru my flight manual, weight and balance, and POH and can't find anything.

  • Good question Kurt. Hopefully someone will weigh in on that.

  • This is what I found in a 1968 6/260 manual. Looks like it is only a pint a tank

  • I see it now. As I was glancing thru the material I was scanning for numbers. Thanks Eric

  • Anytime Kurt, it is impressive there is so little unusable fuel. Would not want to test it in a slip!
For the Seneca III it is 2.5 gallons a side ~ 30 lbs of deadweight but I like to land with at least 10 gallons a side anyway. In the Seneca III there is a note about unusable at critical flight attitudes and I assume they are referring to coordinated flight at landing and takeoff pitches.
