What might be the overhaul cost for a Cherokee 235? Any recommendations for overhaul?

    Hi Dave,

    For the engine?  I think the is a Lycoming O-540-B4B5 235 HP engine. You will need to call around and get a quote. Most vendors don't publish price lists any more....

    Do you definitely need an engine? TBO is not a part 91 requirement. Is there something else going on?
