Spin Training

Recently attended the AOPA "Don't Get Rusty Webinar" on spin recognition and recovery with Catherine Cavagnro. I was impressed with Catherine's approach and discussion. She does training out of Sewanee, TN. It would be a trek from southeast TX to Sewanee, but am considering it. Has anyone flown with Catherine or taken her training?

    Having enjoyed her many articles, I would consider it a privilege to study with her. Maybe combine it with some cool sight seeing in Tennessee!

    I have not flown with her, only because the schedule didn't work. But I have known her for many years. I can think of nobody better to learn from.

    She's an ATP, owns her aerobatic school, is a DPE, writes for AOPA, has done guest speaking for AOPA, FAA, The American Bonanza society during EAA. And if that's not enough, she's a personal friend of mine. She also wrote a story for our magazine several years back.
