Nose Wheel Tire Change
I am in the process of replacing the nose wheel tire on my 1977 Turbo Arrow III. I'm looking for any advice as well as the proper torques on the bolts.
Thanks!

Service manual calls out 90 in-lb for Cleveland and 140-150 in-lb for McCauley tires.
Best advice would be break the bead on both halves before you pull the through bolts. Clean and inspect the hub halves before you reassemble, best chance to find any damage as they don't come apart all that often. Use talc fairly liberally in the new tire, prevents chaffing of the tube. Before you put the stem in the tube, and before you tighten the through bolts, inflate the tube and let it set. That will help with not pinching the tube in the halves when torquing. And last, mind the red dot-align the stem with it.

The excellent service manuals from Cleveland are available online at https://www.aircraftwheelandbrake.com/ In the middle of the page you'll find these links

Awesome thanks guys!
I checked the wheel yesterday and it's a McCauley.
The links above cover more than just Cleveland brand wheels. McCauley and various brakes systems are there as well due to mergers years ago.

On most of the McCauley's if you look at them closely the torque for the bolts is actually on the casting. Carl Cleveland usually has a sticker.
