Interior
I have a Piper Arrow and it's just wondering when you are talking about the interior for example where the pilot sits on the sidewalk what is that material made of is it leather? A vinyl? Is anybody know exactly what that stuff is

Are you talking about the wing walk? If so, that is a painted on compound, like this: https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/cspages/randolphwingwalk.php
If you're talking about the actual interior, I think we'd need more detail about what you're actually asking about. For some ease of research, look at Airtex interiors for what products are available.

Okay know what I meant was like let's say they pilot is sitting in the seat where his left leg would be it's not hard plastic it's like a leather or something that's on the sidewall kind of where your armrest is it's kind of soft I'm not sure what that material is
Typically, in the era of our Arrows, it would have been a soft vinyl. If you want to redo your interior, you can use any material you like, as long as you get burn certificates. The stuff you get from Airtex, SCS, Omnavia, etc will have the certs, but you're not limited to them. Buddy here used a local auto interior guy to do his plane with approved material.

Awesome and great advice I appreciate that thank you for getting back to me! Good point about the burn certifications I figured there has to be some sort of special stuff using the airplane in the event something bad happens

If you search through the archives, there are a number of articles on refurbishing an interior.
Here's a link to the start of a 3 part article that Scott wrote a while back. https://piperowner.org/sep21/
Here's an article that I wrote a few years back also.
If you're looking to refurbish/replace or just repair your interior, feel free to ask more questions here on the forum. Tom has given you a good start already.
