Elevator crush repair
Good day all, unfortunately when I had the Cherokee at the airport before being able to move it, some not so kind person ran over the elevator and of course never was told or found out who did it. So I'm left to see about repairing it if its even possible. The corner was damaged and I was wondering, A. how difficult this is to repair. B if there's anyone who can do it, and C if the cost to repair out weighs the cost to replace.
Thank you all for the feedback

If it were just the corner (outer rib) it would be relatively easy and not cost a ton, but it looks like there are going to be some crushed ribs inboard of that. I would pull the elevator tip and look inside with a good light and see what the full extent of damage is. Also remember that the more you flex the skin, the more it starts to work harden, which can lead to cracks. It would probably be worth looking at the various salvage yards for a serviceable stab. You can also reach out to places like Airframe Components, https://www.airframecomponents.com, or if mid-Atlantic based Classic Aviation, https://www.classicaviationllc.com.
