Don't Go
I feel compeled to warn about a "fly in" destination called Seven Springs (7SP). First the runway is closed and probably will be for good. They failed to advise me till I saw it in the notams the day prior to our arrival. You can stop in at a beautiful airfield 20 car miles away called Summerset County (2G9), which is a very new facility with cheap gas & tie downs + friendly folks, but no rental cars within any decent distance. The resort was disappointing on almost every level for a summertime vacation. Winter skiing would no doubt be better, but the cost gouging just never stops!
