installing new side windows

What to use to seal the new side window with? RTV, silicone. any suggestions would be great.

    From memory, the material originally used was Bostick 1100.

    I've used the "Rope" seal that 3M makes, used silicone, used foam tape too but don't have a clear cut preference because it all works and if you don't use too much and clean excess immediately, it all looks professional as well.

    I used RTV silicone and it worked great...... windows look really nice. I bought the tinted 1/4" glass from diamond aire.
