1976 Arrow II bottom engine cowl, what size bolts are on the front bottom

I took my cowl off a few weeks ago to fix the alternator wire. I was cleaning the belly today and noticed the front 2 bolts are missing on the lower engine cowl.
There were no bolts in my cup when I was finished re-installing the cowl so I don't know what happened to them.

Does anyone know the dia and length. It looks like a 8-10mm hole
Also, the rear bolts push all the way through and you put a nut on them.
It looks like the front ones just screw into the engine mount piece. Is this correct?

    They are the same size as the main screws that hold on the cowl. Use a lock washer as they tend to vibrate and fall out.
