Elevator trim

Hi my elevator trim has been always very hard to move any idea I have a PA32R-300

Some other possiblities could be worn bushings/bearings, incorrect cable tension, trim tab hinge worn or rusty.

Also, caked grease on the jackscrew.

All I know is, on my PA28R, when the motor is adjusted for smooth operation of the electric trim it is very difficult to manually trim. When adjusted for easy manual trim the electric trim does not work smoothly or at all. I had it adjusted at Sun Aviation in Vero Beach. They are supposed to be the Piper "experts". Well, they were clueless. So I use the electric trim only now. If it ever fails I will readjust to use the manual trim.
