Adding Toe Brakes ???

Looking at a 1970 180D. It has no toe brakes. Any idea how much and how hard is it to install them? Anyone in the Long Beach area or near area? Thanks

    The are quite difficult to install. Since the nosewheel steering is solidly linked to the rudder pedals, they mostly just add unnecessary weight.
