Take-of speed

Hi, guys! Complementing my question aabout the performance of my PA 28 180, I never get off the ground with less than 60kt, although the POH, depending on the weight, tells that the speed of rotation should be between 48 and 54 kt. Before the run the tachometer shows 2300 rpm. Even with only me on board. With or without flaps. I´d like to know your opinion.
