Rotating Tires: How Often?

I'm starting to put together my list of horribles for next month's annual, and I was wondering if I should add rotating the tires to the list. Is this something typically done at annual? I only see it specifically listed two or three times in the 45-year old log history of my 180C. It does seem the tires are wearing out a little faster on the inner surfaces, but rotation wouldn't solve that, would it?
