TKM Michel Repair Issues

Has anyone had any problems with TKM Michel. I sent my MX-12 radio about 3 - 4 weeks ago as per the directions as posted on their website. I received a call about 2 1/2 weeks ago telling me I need a module and it would be $75.00 or so added cost. I said that is fine and when will it ship. He replied today or next Tuesday. (That was 2 1/2 weeks ago) I have called every day, several times with no answer. I faxed my paperwork but no reply, and I have sent an e-mail every day with no reply.

Does anyone know about them. Is this how they work or should I start looking for a new radio?

    I sent two mx 12's in the first took 4-5 weeks the second was well into 9 weeks and they offered me a loaner. (still have not gotten my original radio back but the are more than weak when it comes to communicating and they are way over on time quoted otherwise the work seems good and the price can't be beat. but be persistent call/fax/email daily
