power settings for seneca II

does anyone know right off what the best power settings and fuel flow and engine temps are for a Seneca II at 10K feet for speed. I've been flying my new plane conservatively and trying to keep engine temps around 400 or under when book says max is 460, consequently, cannot get fuel flow really down below 12.5gph per side. Would love to hear how others run their settings.

    I have a 1989 Seneca III with TSIO360KB engines and fly 8-10,000' at 31"/2400 rpm, CHTs are always in the low 300s in the NE and 315-350 in S.Florida, burning about 12GPH/engine. We see around 180KTAS and have the JPI 760 Twin Engine Monitor and Shadin Fuel Flow. The above engine setting is ~65%.
