Seneca II pre-buy - Items to focus on?

I know there are a number of Seneca II drivers active on this board and I would really appreciate any pointers as I do a pre-purchase inspection on a Seneca II this week.

So - what are the areas I should ask (remind) my mechanic to look at?

Also, are there online resources that I should also look at?

    No but I will be watching your post ,I am also purchasing a Seneca II this week & am doing a pre buy. I hear to cycle the landing gear,
    and I have just told my pre buy guy to look at the engine logs to assure the factory reman is not just a rebuilt.
