Storing Infant Seat
Hi Everyone,
I am considering the purchase of a PA28-140. On occasion I will be taking two young children, my wife and our infant as a lap child (yes, 5 people total, but all of them combined weigh less than me, so really like only 2 people). When we get to our destination(s) we will need the car seat for the infant. One thing I am struggling with is where to store the car seat while in flight. The seat is one of those click-in removable kinds (although only the removable part is required for the trip...not the base). It is pretty light (about 6lbs), but the shape is a little goofy.
My questions is: Has anyone ever successfully stowed one of these in a 140 (probably with the hatrack option)? I have a couple of ideas on how this might be accomplished, but I was hoping for other input before I go down that path.
