Painting, Corrosion, Rigging question

I have an '82 Saratoga with a very good-looking paint job. However, 10 or so spots in various places scattered around the plane that my mechanic says are filiform corrosion. One paint shop says it's more efficient to repaint the entire plane; others say touch-ups would be fine. I'm a first-time owner and welcome any opinions/info on this choice. Also looking for a good paint shop in the Southeast, and someone (same or different shop) who is EXCELLENT at rigging: my plane likes to drop left wing and we've tried the local shop and everything I've read about including the rigging tool. Any advice or information appreciated.
