Gear issues on PA-32R
Hey folks im looking for some insight on my landing gear issues!! My power pack went bad and i sent it in to get overhauled. after reinstalling the gear would cycle up and down just fine. the problem im having now is the gear motor will not shut off after the gear is up. We are thinking the high pressure switch went bad in the first place causing the gear motor to run continually causing it to burn up. Is there an easy way to test the pressure switch? Any help would be great! Thanks

You might buy a used one from Wentworth to test and see if it fixes it.
Do not run the new pump real long under heavy pressure as they will overheat and fail...
I will attach the troubleshooting page on the subject.
