Very disappointed in Northwest Mfg Power Tow service. Had wrong credit card number for phone order, wrong telephone number to contact me, took weeks to get extensions for Piper with wheel pants. In addition, they failed to mention that the $40.00 extensions would end up costing $115.00, as they charge $65.00 for the two adapters that connect to aircraft! Terrible service, for what was once a great company, did they change hands?
