Keeping track of your fuel

There is a new app on the iTunes AppStore for helping you remember to switch fuel tanks in flight:

One of the cool features is that it uses GPS to record your trip so you can view it on a map afterward, or email it to yourself to view it in 3D on Google Earth.

    Terrific concept and I like how it uses GPS to detect climb, cruise, and taxi phases. I initially had a few problems with the app setup because I entered the capacity of the tank rather than the total fuel aboard. Once I solved that problem, it worked great. It also signaled the need to switch the tanks while I was using Wing-X. I will try it during a flight next weekend. It would be nice to show time in both local time and Zulu or an ability to select either option..
