Along to top of the faceplace, slightly to the left of center, you'll see a screw( I believe it's a philips head). Turn
the screw 1 turn counterclockwise and you should be able to slide the unit out of the tray. There's is no advantage to continuing to turn the screw. There is a little "cam" that when tightened moves up into a slot in the mounting tray and pulls the unit in and locks. As you loosen the screw and the tension on the cam is loosened, it drops down out of the way and allows you to pull the T12 out. It might take a pretty good yank if its been a while since removed. Handle your
T12 gently! (their on the endangered species list ... ha!) Good luck!
