Cabin heat 1998 Piper PA-32R-301T Saratoga IITC

I am having some troubles with cabin heating in my Piper PA-32R-301T Saratoga II TC. It is very cold during cruise in cold weather. When the outside temperature is -5 degrees F. at cruising level, and leaned to TIT 1575 F. CHT 350 then I am getting around 40 F. to 50 F. i cabin temp. Is this normal ? What is your experience with Saratoga's and cold wheather? regarding the cabin temp.

    That's certainly not right. My non-turbo '98 will run you out with heat. I'd have your mechanic check the hoses. I'd bet one is off.
