Just buzzing through

Greetings and salutations from Minnesota. I always know when I post a picture of my, not quite finished paint scheme, I’ll get some sort of reaction. 50 hour smoh engine. New prop with the same. 430W, 420, KX 155 w/VOR/GS, stratus ESG, G5 HSI. All coupled to the original autopilot. LED on all corners. Runs out pretty nice for a ‘68 28R.

  • How many extra knots did you pick up when you added the flames to the front end? :D

I don’t think I can say specifically the paint gave me any extra speed.
She definitely is a Hot Rod Piper. I call her the Flaming Arrow.
And thanks Scott. Good to see you again. Finally added the IA authorization to my tag.
And I’m not finished yet. There is a portrait to put in the flames, behind the cowling and some smoke as shadowing on the numbers.
