Glad to be aboard, and glad to be back in the Piper world. I just bought a '78 Six (it's the one in the foreground in this photo ;) ), in fine shape mechanically and with updated avionics, but the cosmetics inside and out were in sad shape.

The airplane is getting its makeover at the beauty shop now. I'll post photos when it's done.

I'm told this airplane has a charming history, as featured in USA Today back in 2006. I have the plywood platform for the flat floor, and the custom mattress shaped to fit the aft cabin. Should be great for camping, no? :D
