Great site. Does anyone know if you can get in touch with a live admin by phone or email?

    I really love the site and forum so far.
    I recently joined and then two days later the first email I received from the site was to be able to join for three years for the price of one. I inquired if I could get that same deal and never heard back. Frustrating. Any help you can provide is appreciated. Happy holidays.
