TL:DR

If you have Garmin EIS with fuel level, this may apply to you. The G3X is reading wrong fuel levels. Estimated 8 hours of labor to fix.

The AD references Garmin Service Bulletins 2134 and 2135. Are these available ordinary mortals (non Garmin dealers)? If so, does anyone have a link?

I seriously doubt it. Mines at $110/hr
