Airventure Piper and Cessna Dinner

Awhile back I got an email with link to sign up for the Piper/Cessna dinner at Airventure, but I haven't received anything (tickets, directions, etc.) Where can I confirm my reservations and get some information on the dinner. Thanks.

Thanks Scott, all I have is an email saying they got my payment confirmation, but didn't know if that was what I need to bring to the dinner or tickets, etc would be coming.

Turns out the dinner is at capacity. Is there a waitlist I can be added to or is stopping by the booth on Monday the only method?

I have filled out the booking form several times but it will not accept payment or allow me complete the booking form.
