I am a SEL, MEL, MEI, Commercial Pilot. I am now disabled (unable to use my legs) and am looking for information on converting something in the Piper line to hand activated brakes and rudder pedals. Can you please share any information? I have tried using the pull up hand brake on the Cherokee line, but it does not provide differential braking and requires me to bend below the glare shield to reach. Thanks.

Any Help Would Be Great Appreciated. Please email Ken directly with your response.

  • I know where there is a 140 with hand bar for rudders but still stock brakes not sure you need differential brakes on these planes. This has been parked for years and needs lots of attention.
