Looking for a CFI in St Louis with time in a Cherokee 235

I’m a student pilot with a 1968 Cherokee 235 based out of KSUS looking for local CFI.

Thanks,

  • Very nice 235...I acquired a 68 235C at the end of my PPL training to become familiar with her while training...it was a great experience and you'll learn a lot. She fly's differently than the normal training aircraft's...climbs like a scared angle, faster, and enjoys a little power when landing...just remember that big 540 weights significantly more. Also, keep your internal clock on fuel management, with four tanks you can get imbalanced. I flew her for ~400hrs and enjoyed every minute...Hope you find a good CFI and have many hours of enjoyment.

  • Thanks. Appreciate the insight.
