PA 32R-301T, Piper Saratoga rear two facing forward seats Harness belt

I have installed front reel BAS harness belts in my aircraft and I would Like to find out how can I have the back two rear seats facing forward replacing the lap belts with the full harness reels? BAS said they can help with the STC, but they would need to know how to install.
