Introduction to forum by Awesome Products Corp.
Hello everyone, my name is Don Meyns and I guess I’m the newest member of this forum. I own a company called Awesome Products Corp., a veteran owned small business that manufactures BOSS aircraft cleaning pads, pad holders, and Flap Well Cleaning Brushes. Our products are made in the USA from materials sourced in the USA.
We sell our products to GSA for military use and to general aviation customers. The Blue Angels are cleaned with our products among others as our products are safe to use on all aircraft surfaces and finishes.
Many pilots use our pads with a very small amount of water for a quick wipe down upon landing to remove bugs, grime, oil trails, etc. before they harden on the finish and become a big problem involving corrosion. When time allows, they may be used for a complete surface decontamination of your aircraft involving washing with soap & water or using a Dri-Wash product .
