Part number for wheel pant mount

Hi

I have a 1973 PA-28-140 and need a part number for the cylindrical piece that screws into the axle and has a nut plate to mount the wheel pant.

One of mine went AWOL while I had the wheel pants off.

Right wheel if it matters on the part number...

    I don't know the part number off hand, but I just removed my wheel pants in order to install LFS speed pants so I have a couple of extras. Where are you located?
