Nemacolin Woodlands, PA
Just got back from an overnight with my wife and another couple to Nemacolin. Located SE of Pittsburg in the Laurel Highlands it's a true 4 star resort with a runway right behind the hotel. 4000 ft. No rental car needed. Golf, Spa, Restaurants, and on and on. Really impressed the women that we could fly right in. Private strip. Make reservation in advance, call unicom 10 out and no problem. No IAP so alternate is 30 min away with rental car expense tacked on if you don't have 2-3K ceiling. Had a great time and would highly recomend. It's not cheap, but neither is flying. 1.5 hours Seneca time from NE Ohio = 300 bucks, Room = 200 bucks per couple for 2 bdrm condo, Wife back in love with airplane = PRICELESS.
